If your flight fits a Standard Scenario, you do not need a full risk assessment; you just need to submit a declaration to Austro Control and wait for their confirmation before flying.

If the operation falls under a Standard Scenario, the operator must submit a declaration of compliance and may only start operations after Austro Control confirms receipt of this declaration.

Fällt der Betrieb unter ein sogenanntes Standard Szenario... Der:Die Betreiber:in muss daher keine Risikobewertung mehr durchführen, es ist ausreichend, wenn die Übereinstimmung des Betriebs mit dem entsprechenden Szenario und die Einhaltung der festgelegten Auflagen erklärt wird. Der Eingang dieser Deklaration wird durch die Austro Control bestätigt, danach kann der Betrieb aufgenommen werden.
