(1)飛行させる無人航空機について、プロペラガードを装備して飛行させる。装備できない場合は、第三者が飛行経路下に入らないように監視及び注意喚起をする補助者を必ず配置し、万が一第三者が飛行経路下に接近又は進入した場合は操縦者に適切に助言を行い、飛行を中止する等適切な安全措置をとる。
