前項の規定により条件を付された技能証明を受けた者は、その条件の範囲内でなければ、第百三十二条の八十七に規定する特定飛行を行つてはならない。ただし、第百三十二条の八十五第四項及び第百三十二条の八十六第五項に該当する場合は、この限りでない。
