When you are required to implement entry control measures to keep third parties out of your flight area, you must do so by placing assistants (spotters), setting up restricted entry zones (such as signs or barriers), or taking other appropriate steps.

Requirement as structured

The entry control measures (立入管理措置) prescribed by the MLIT Ordinance under Article 132-85, Paragraph 1 of the Act shall be the placement of assistants, the establishment of zones restricting entry, and other appropriate measures.

第二百三十六条の七十　法第百三十二条の八十五第一項の国土交通省令で定める措置は、補助者の配置、立入りを制限する区画の設定その他の適切な措置とする。
