(1) Control of an RPA must not be transferred (handed over) from the remote pilot (the handing-over remote pilot) to another person (the new remote pilot) unless: (a) the other person is also a remote pilot who complies with section 5.06; and (b) the handover is in accordance with the certified RPA operator’s documented practices and procedures.
