5.7GHz帯の低出力(15mW以下)無線局で、屋外では運用調整団体の運用調整、屋内では免許人自らが使用場所において運用調整を行う場合は、｢運用調整団体の加入証明書(写し)等｣及び「5.7GHz帯・屋内限定・低出力無線局用の資料」の両方の資料を提出願います。
