4 法第百三十二条の五十三第二号の国土交通省令で定める身体の障害は、次に掲げるとおりとする。 一目が見えないもの 二四肢の全部を失つたもの又は四肢の用を全廃したもの 三前二号に掲げるもののほか、無人航空機の安全な操縦に必要な認知又は操作のいずれかに係る能力を欠くこととなるもの(法第百三十二条の四十四第一項の規定により条件を付し、又はこれを変更することにより、その能力が回復することが明らかであるものを除く。)
