Exception for certified pilots near VMC airfields

If you hold a competency certificate (kompetencecertifikat), you can fly closer to a VMC airfield runway (between 4 km and 2 km). However, your maximum altitude is limited to 40 meters above runway height when you are between 4 km and 3 km away, and 30 meters above runway height when you are between 3 km and 2 km away.

Hvis fjernpiloten er indehaver af et kompetencecertifikat, må droneoperationer finde sted fra 4 km indtil 2 km horisontal afstand fra en bane på en VMC-flyveplads. Flyvehøjden må ikke overstige 1) 40 meter over banehøjde fra 4 km indtil 3 km horisontal afstand af banen, og 2) 30 meter over banehøjde fra 3 km indtil 2 km horisontal afstand af banen.
