O contrato de seguro previsto no artigo anterior cobre a obrigação de indemnizar terceiros por danos patrimoniais causados por UAS cuja respetiva aeronave tenha uma massa máxima operacional superior a 900 gramas, nos termos e para os efeitos do disposto no Decreto-Lei n.º 58/2018, de 23 de julho, com um mínimo de capital seguro por anuidade, independentemente do número de sinistros, no valor de: ... b) Aeronaves não tripuladas com massa máxima operacional superior a 1,5 kg e igual ou inferior a 4 kg: 0,38 milhões de DSE;
