第二百三十六条の八十五　法第百三十二条の九十第二項の国土交通省令で定める事項は、次に掲げる事項とする。 一無人航空機を飛行させた者の氏名及び所属する会社その他の団体がある場合にあつてはその名称 二無人航空機を飛行させた者の住所（所属する会社その他の団体がある場合にあつてはその所在地。第二百三十六条の八十七第二号においてと同じ。） 三無人航空機を飛行させた者の無人航空機操縦者技能証明書番号 四許可又は承認を受けた年月日及び当該許可又は承認の番号（許可又は承認を受けている場合に限る。第二百三十六条の八十七第五号において同じ。） 五無人航空機の登録記号、型式、製造者及び製造番号 六無人航空機の機体認証書番号（機体認証を受けた無人航空機に限る。第二百三十六条の八十七第七号において同じ。） 七無人航空機の使用者の氏名又は名称 八出発地及び到着予定地 九飛行の目的及び概要 十事故の概要 十一人の死傷又は物件の損壊概要 十二無人航空機の損壊概要（無人航空機が損壊した場合に限る。第二百三十六条の八十七第十三号において同じ。） 十三その他参考となる事項
