国土交通大臣は、前条の規定による登録の申請に係る無人航空機講習が、次の表の上欄に掲げる講習機関の種類に応じ、それぞれ同表の中欄に掲げる施設及び設備を用いて、それぞれ同表の下欄に掲げる講師の条件に適合する者により行われるものであるときは、その登録をしなければならない。 一　一等無人航空機操縦士の講習を行うための講習機関 一　実習空域（実習期間中においては、原則として占用することができるものに限る。二の項中欄第一号において同じ。） 二　実習用無人航空機（その講習を修了することにより受けることができる技能証明に応じたものに限る。二の項中欄第二号において同じ。） 三　講習を行うため必要な建物その他の設備 四　講習に必要な書籍その他の教材 一　十八歳以上であること。 二　過去二年間に第三項第四号に規定する無人航空機講習事務に関し不正な行為を行つた者又はこの法律若しくはこの法律に基づく命令に違反し、罰金以上の刑に処せられ、その執行を終わり、若しくは執行を受けることがなくなつた日から二年を経過しない者でないこと。 三　一等無人航空機操縦士の資格についての技能証明（無人航空機の飛行の方法について限定がされていないものに限る。）を有する者であつて一年以上無人航空機を飛行させた経験を有するもの又はこれと同等以上の能力を有する者であること。
