If you fly BVLOS without visual observers and rely on an onboard camera to check for people on the ground, you must test and verify beforehand that your camera and monitor setup works properly. You must repeat this test if you change any of the equipment.

設置する地上設備（モニター等）、カメラ及び通信装置等の構成において、カメラからの映像を表示し、進行方向の飛行経路の直下及びその周辺に第三者の立ち入りが無いことを確認できることを事前に確認すること。また、各構成を変更する場合についても、同様の事前確認を行うこと。
