国土交通大臣は、技能証明を与えた後において、当該技能証明を受けた者が当該技能証明を受ける前に第一項第四号又は第五号に該当していたことが判明したときは、国土交通省令で定めるところにより、その者の技能証明を取り消し、又は六月以内において期間を定めて技能証明の効力を停止することができる。
