国土交通大臣は、第一項の申請があつたときは、その申請に係る型式の無人航空機が安全基準及び均一性を確保するために必要なものとして国土交通省令で定める基準（以下「均一性基準」という。）に適合することとなると認めるときは、型式認証をしなければならない。
