第一条　この法律は、国会議事堂、内閣総理大臣官邸その他の国の重要な施設等、外国公館等、防衛関係施設、空港及び原子力事業所の周辺地域の上空における小型無人機等の飛行を禁止することにより、これらの重要施設に対する危険を未然に防止し、もって国政の中枢機能等、良好な国際関係、我が国を防衛するための基盤並びに国民生活及び経済活動の基盤の維持並びに公共の安全の確保に資することを目的とする。
