申請書については、当該申請に係る飛行開始予定日の 20 開庁日前までに、書面申請又はドローン情報基盤システム（DIPS）における飛行の許可・承認申請機能を利用したオンライン申請により国土交通大臣に申請するものとする。なお、申請書の提出先窓口は国土交通省航空局安全部無人航空機安全課（以下「無人航空機安全課」という。）とする。
