Before taking off, you must check the condition of your drone, the weather, the airspace and surroundings, your battery or fuel level, and make sure your Remote ID is working (unless your flight is exempt from Remote ID).

A person who operates an unmanned aircraft must confirm the status of the aircraft, the airspace and surrounding conditions, meteorological information, fuel or battery levels, and the operational status of the Remote ID function (except for flights exempt from Remote ID requirements) before flight.

第二百三十六条の七十七　法第百三十二条の八十六第一項第二号の規定により無人航空機を飛行させる者が確認しなければならない事項は、次に掲げるものとする。 一当該無人航空機の状況 二当該無人航空機を飛行させる空域及びその周囲の状況 三当該飛行に必要な気象情報 四燃料の搭載量又はバッテリーの残量 五リモートＩＤ機能の作動状況（第二百三十六条の六第二項各号に該当する飛行を行う場合を除く。）
