If you do not submit a plan to fix audit issues, fail to fix them on time, or keep repeating minor issues, the AACR will upgrade them to major violations, which can lead to your flight authorization being suspended or revoked.

Requirement as structured

If a UAS operator fails to submit an acceptable corrective action plan, fails to execute corrective actions within the approved timeframe, or systematically repeats level 2 non-conformities, the finding will be escalated to a level 1 non-conformity.

(6) În cazul în care operatorul UAS nu depune un plan de acțiuni corective acceptabil sau nu execută acțiunile corective în termenul acceptat sau prelungit de AACR sau în cazul în care AACR constata repetarea în mod sistematic a aceleași neconformități de nivel 2, constatarea se transformă în constatare de nivel 1 și se iau măsurile prevăzute la punctul (4) de mai sus.
