Permission to fly in prohibited geographical zones

A zone manager may set up a permission procedure for its prohibited zone, and if one exists you can apply under it. The procedure can't conflict with EU Regulation 2019/947, and if set it must be published on the manager's website and given to the single common information service provider. Look there for it.

The manager of a geographical zone may set a procedure for permission to fly in a prohibited geographical zone; UAS operators may apply under that procedure to fly there. Geografinės zonos valdytojas gali nustatyti leidimo skristi draudžiamojoje geografinėje zonoje tvarką, kuria vadovaudamiesi UAS naudotojai gali kreiptis norėdami skristi draudžiamojoje geografinėje zonoje. Nustatyta UAS naudojimo tvarka draudžiamojoje geografinėje zonoje negali prieštarauti Reglamente ES 2019/947 nustatytiems UAS naudojimo reikalavimams. Jei tokia tvarka nustatyta, ji turi būti paskelbta geografinės zonos valdytojo interneto svetainėje ir pateikta vieninteliam bendrų informacijos paslaugų teikėjui.
