Original regulatory text
To deliver a RePL training course, a RePL training organisation must ensure that the ratio of students to RePL training instructors is not greater than: (a) for the theoretical component (aeronautical knowledge component) — 10 students to 1 instructor... and (b) for the practical component (practical competency component): (i) subject to subparagraph (ii), 10 students to 1 instructor; and (ii) for students each actually flying an RPA — 3 students to 1 instructor.
