If the Romanian Civil Aviation Authority (AACR) finds safety or compliance issues during an audit, you must send them a plan explaining how you will fix these issues within 15 days of getting the report.

Requirement as structured

If non-conformities are found during an audit or inspection, the UAS operator must submit a corrective action plan to the AACR within a maximum of 15 days of receiving the results.

În cazul în care au fost constatate neconformități, în termen de maxim 15 zile de la primirea rezultatelor auditurilor/inspecțiilor de supraveghere, operatorul UAS transmite la AACR planul de măsuri corective.
