ConOps Original Work and Operator Responsibility

When applying for an authorization, you must write and understand your own ConOps. You cannot simply copy a template without taking responsibility for the safety case.

Requirement as structured

EASA accepts a ConOps that is the original work of the applicant, who takes full responsibility for their own safety cases, as a means of complying with Article 11.
