You cannot fly a drone 150 meters or higher above the ground or water. However, you can fly higher if you stay within 30 meters of a tall structure (like a building or tower).

Unmanned aircraft must not be operated in airspace at a height of 150 meters or more above the ground or water surface, except for airspace within 30 meters of a structure on the ground or water.
