You must submit your drone flight permission application at least 10 business days before your planned flight. You can apply online using the DIPS system or submit a paper application.

申請書については、当該申請に係る飛行開始予定日の 10 開庁日前までに、次表のとおり所定の提出先に書面又はドローン情報基盤システム（飛行許可・承認申請機能）によるオンラインにて提出させるものとする。
