令第九条第二号ロ（２）（ｉ）の国土交通省令で定める額は、次の各号に掲げる最大離陸重量に応じ、当該各号に定める額とする。 一　最大離陸重量四キログラム未満　九万三千三百円 二　最大離陸重量四キログラム以上二十五キログラム未満　十万円 三　最大離陸重量二十五キログラム以上次のイ又はロに掲げる飛行させようとする方法に応じ、それぞれイ又はロに定める額 イ　法第百三十二条の八十六第二項第一号から第四号までのいずれにも該当する方法　十一万五千六百円 ロ　イに掲げる方法以外の方法　十二万円
