Grenzüberschreitende Einflüge mit unbemannten Luftfahrzeugen der Klasse 1 und 2 in das Bundesgebiet dürfen nur durchgeführt werden, wenn diese die österreichische Staatszugehörigkeit besitzen oder die Einflüge auf Grund der in § 24j genannten unionsrechtlichen Regelungen zulässig sind oder für diese von der Austro Control GmbH eine Bewilligung erteilt worden ist.
