If the Romanian Civil Aviation Authority (AACR) finds issues during an audit, the drone operator's manager must formally acknowledge them and submit a written plan explaining how and when they will fix them.

Requirement as structured

The accountable manager and mandatory management personnel of the UAS operator must acknowledge non-conformities identified during audits or inspections and commit in writing to corrective actions by submitting a measures plan to the AACR.

(11) Managerul responsabil al operatorului și deținătorii posturilor manageriale obligatorii, dacă este cazul, trebuie să ia cunoștință de neconformităţile constatate de echipa de audit/inspecție și trebuie să se angajeze, în scris, că ia măsuri corespunzătoare de remediere (prin transmiterea câtre AACR a unui plan de măsuri).
