Quedan excepcionadas del cumplimiento de las obligaciones de aseguramiento previstas en la Ley 48/1960, de 21 de julio, las operaciones: - En la categoría «abierta», dentro de subcategoría A1, y - En la categoría «abierta», dentro de subcategoría A3, siempre que se realicen con aeronaves de una MTOM inferior a 20 kilogramos.
