O contrato de seguro previsto no artigo anterior cobre a obrigação de indemnizar terceiros por danos patrimoniais causados por UAS cuja respetiva aeronave tenha uma massa máxima operacional superior a 900 gramas, nos termos e para os efeitos do disposto no Decreto-Lei n.º 58/2018, de 23 de julho, com um mínimo de capital seguro por anuidade, independentemente do número de sinistros, no valor de: a) Aeronaves não tripuladas com massa máxima operacional superior a 900 gr e igual ou inferior a 1,5 kg: 0,26 milhões de Direitos de Saque Especiais (DSE, tal como definidos pelo Fundo Monetário Internacional);
