Adicionalmente, en los escenarios estándar nacionales, el organismo competente por razón de la materia de la Agencia Estatal de Seguridad Aérea podrá determinar la inaplicación de las clases de UAS recogidas en el Reglamento Delegado, estableciendo los requisitos equivalentes que, en su caso, deban acreditar los UAS para operar en el correspondiente escenario estándar nacional.
