Original regulatory text

Paragraph (a) does not apply to a shielded operation that is conducted - (1) outside of the boundary of the aerodrome; and (2) at a height that is not more than 33 feet above the object being used as a shield; and (3) in airspace that is physically separated from the aerodrome by a barrier that is capable of arresting the flight of the aircraft.
