Operator se registrira u sustavu registracije Hrvatske agencije za civilno zrakoplovstvo (u daljnjem tekstu: HACZ), kada je to primjenjivo i svi dronovi kojim udaljeni piloti obavljaju operacije za operatora označeni su istim, operatorovim registracijskim brojem.
