(2) Za ciljana snimanja iz članka 6. stavka 1. ove Uredbe, osim podataka i dokumenata navedenih u stavku 1. ovoga članka, zahtjevu se obvezno prilaže suglasnost vlasnika, odnosno korisnika lokacije i građevine ili suglasnost javne ustanove koja je nadležna za upravljanje zaštićenim dijelom prirode.
