Osoba niepełnoletnia ubiegająca się o wydanie potwierdzenia zaliczenia szkolenia i zdania egzaminu online, o którym mowa w art. 156p ust. 1 pkt 1, zalicza szkolenie teoretyczne i zdaje egzamin online za zgodą jednego z rodziców albo opiekuna prawnego. [...] Szkolenia oraz egzaminy, o których mowa w ust. 2 i 3, mogą być zaliczane i zdawane pod warunkiem bezpośredniego nadzoru jednego z rodziców albo opiekuna prawnego osoby niepełnoletniej.
