Always give way to other aircraft. If you hear or see a manned aircraft nearby, you must land your drone safely immediately.

The UA Pilot shall give way to other UA and maintain safe distance from each other and from any manned aircraft at all times and land the UA safely whenever hearing or sighting any manned aircraft in close proximity to the UA operation
