大規模災害が発生した場合は、捜索、救助を目的とした多数の航空機及び無人航空機が飛行することが想定される。航空機の航行の安全の確保及び無人航空機に起因する事故等の防止のため、これらの空域で無人航空機を飛行させる場合には、現地災害対策本部等を通じて無人航空機の飛行の方法(日時、飛行場所など)を調整することが望ましい。
