Kui kaugpiloodi tõend või tunnistus on tunnistatud kehtetuks käesoleva paragrahvi lõike 1 alusel, ei anna Transpordiamet isikule välja uut kaugpiloodi tõendit või tunnistust kuue kuu jooksul eelmise tõendi või tunnistuse kehtetuks tunnistamisest arvates.
