Der Betrieb von Flugmodellen im Rahmen von Luftsportverbänden bedarf der Erlaubnis, sofern es sich um Flugmodelle handelt 1. mit mehr als 12 Kilogramm Startmasse, 2. mit Raketenantrieb, sofern die Masse des Treibsatzes mehr als 20 Gramm beträgt, 3. mit Verbrennungsmotor, die in einer Entfernung von weniger als 1,5 Kilometern von Wohngebieten betrieben werden. Über Satz 1 hinaus bedarf der Betrieb aller Flugmodelle bei Nacht im Sinne des Artikels 2 Satz 2 Nummer 34 der Durchführungsverordnung (EU) 2019/947 der Erlaubnis.
