Correction Order for Registered Unmanned Aircraft

If your registered drone no longer meets safety standards or fails to properly display its registration number or transmit Remote ID, the government can order you to fix these issues. You must comply with this correction order.

国土交通大臣は、登録無人航空機が次の各号のいずれかに該当すると認めるときは、当該登録無人航空機の所有者又は使用者に対し、その是正のために必要な措置をとるべきことを命ずることができる。 一　第百三十二条の三の規定により登録を受けることができないものとなつたとき。 二　第百三十二条の五第一項に規定する措置が講じられていないものとなつたとき。
