În perioada suspendări efectuarea operațiunii în baza Declarației de Operator UAS nr. XXX este interzisă și conduce la revocarea imediata a dreptului de a efectua operațiuni îln baza Declarației de Operator UAS nr. XXX și la aplicarea prevederilor sanctionatoare din Codul Aerian al României.
