Exemption from Authorization in LO R15/R16/R18 for Light UAS

You do not need an authorization to fly in LO R 15, LO R 16, or LO R 18 if your drone weighs less than 250g and you fly no higher than 30 meters, as long as there is no airfield without a designated airfield zone nearby.

UAS mit einer höchstzulässigen Startmasse von weniger als 250 g , welche bis zu einer maximalen Flughöhe von 30 Meter über Grund genutzt werden, sind von dieser Bewilligungspflicht ausgenommen . Dies gilt jedoch nur dann, wenn innerhalb Ihres Flugbereichs kein Flugplatz ohne Flugplatzzone liegt.
