If your registered drone is lost, destroyed, permanently dismantled, missing for over two months, or no longer meets the legal definition of a drone, you must apply to cancel its registration within 15 days.

登録無人航空機の所有者は、次に掲げる場合には、その事由があつた日から十五日以内に、その登録の抹消の申請をしなければならない。 一登録無人航空機が滅失し、又は登録無人航空機の解体（整備、改造、輸送又は保管のためにする解体を除く。）をしたとき。 二登録無人航空機の存否が二箇月間不明になつたとき。 三登録無人航空機が無人航空機でなくなつたとき。
