If you hold a type certification for a drone and manufacture it, you must ensure that every drone you build matches the approved design and specifications of that certified type.

A person who has obtained a Type Certification or approval (Type Certification, etc.) must, when manufacturing unmanned aircraft of the certified type, ensure that the manufactured unmanned aircraft conforms to the certified design and specifications.

型式認証又は前条第一項の承認（以下「型式認証等」という。）を受けた者は、当該型式認証等を受けた型式の無人航空機の製造をする場合においては、当該無人航空機がその型式認証等に係る型式に適合するようにしなければならない。
