Sin perjuicio de lo dispuesto en el artículo 51, letra d), las declaraciones operacionales, las autorizaciones operacionales y LUC de operador de UAS de los que sea titular el operador UAS, suspendidas conforme a lo previsto en el párrafo anterior, recuperarán su eficacia y plena validez sin más trámite, cuando el operador de UAS comunique en el Registro de operadores de UAS la finalización de la suspensión temporal y la reanudación de su actividad.
