２　無人航空機講習を修了した者が第二百三十六条の三十八第九項の規定により試験合格証明書の交付を申請したときは、前項の表の上欄に掲げる登録講習機関の種類に応じ、それぞれ同表の下欄に定める試験の実地試験を免除する。ただし、当該試験の開始期日前に当該無人航空機講習を修了した日から起算して一年を経過する場合は、この限りでない。
