Drone Pilot Blood and Breath Alcohol Limits

You are strictly forbidden from flying or attempting to fly a drone if your blood alcohol level is above 0.5‰ (promille) or your breath alcohol level is above 0.25 mg per liter of air during or after the flight.

Flyvning eller forsøg på flyvning med droner må ikke finde sted, hvis føreren af dronen har indtaget spiritus i et sådant omfang, at 1) alkoholkoncentrationen i blodet under eller efter flyvningen overstiger 0,5 promille, eller alkoholkoncentrationen i udåndingsluften under eller efter flyvningen overstiger 0,25 mg pr. liter luft
