Your drone pilot certificate may or will be suspended if it is discovered that your certificate should have been put on hold at the time of issuance.

If a pilot certificate holder is found to have been a person for whom a certificate could or should have been withheld under the criteria of Article 236-42, Paragraph 3, the Minister of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism may or shall suspend the validity of their certificate.

二　技能証明を受けた者が第二百三十六条の四十二第三項の国土交通大臣が定める基準において技能証明を保留することができることとされている者又は技能証明を保留することとされている者であつたときは、それぞれその者の技能証明の効力を停止することができ、又は停止するものとする。
