法第百三十二条の五十一第三項の規定により技能証明の有効期間の更新を申請する者は、当該技能証明の有効期間が満了する日の六月前から一月前までの間に技能証明更新申請書に次に掲げる書類を添えて、国土交通大臣に提出しなければならない。 一次に掲げる書類のいずれか イ　医師により申請前三月以内に受けた検査の結果を記載した第二十九号の十二様式による無人航空機操縦者身体適正検査証明書 ロ　第二百三十六条の五十第二項の身体検査合格証明書 ハ　航空身体検査証明書 ニ　国土交通大臣がイからハまでに掲げる書類と同等以上と認めるもの 二　無人航空機更新講習を修了したことを証明する書類
