Ausnahmebewilligungen von den Verboten gemäß Abs. 1 und von den Beschränkungen gemäß Abs. 2 sind vom Bundesminister für Landesverteidigung zu erteilen, wenn militärische Interessen nicht entgegenstehen; ...
