When training for the STS-02 scenario, the flight field must have a controlled ground area of over 1 km if no Airspace Observer is used, or over 2 km if Airspace Observers are present.

For STS-02 training, the airfield must guarantee a Controlled Ground Area of more than 1 km when operating without an Airspace Observer, and more than 2 km when using Airspace Observers.
